A spark of hope ignites to a blaze in twelve-year-old Mitsuki Kouyama`s life when a comical pair of magical sinigami or death spirits (meroco and takuto) appear. mitsuki learnes that she is the only one that can see or hear them. they say that she has one year left to live, because of a tumor in her throat. She loves singing and dreams of becoming a pop star. mitsuki is an orphan. her parents died and she is now living with her grandma who is strict and hates music. while being orphand mitsuki meets a boy named eichi. eichi, one day gets udopted by a family moving to america. they both loved each other and swore that when they met again they both would be closer to their dreams. two years have passed and the sinigami decide to help mitsuki to become closer to her dreams by turning her from a twelve year old to a sixteen year old. but will there be an uexpected romance or death...
